Job Description and Qualifications

  • 3d Modelling of Equipment, Pipe supports in 3d environment.
  • Piping for various equipment like column, air coolers, pumps, exchangers, horizontal vessels, etc. in 3D environment using software like S3d.
  • Detail Engineering including work instruction preparation, Equipment and piping layout preparation for 3D modeling.
  • Review and comment vendor equipment documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution.
  • Resolving comments of model reviews
  • Preparation of Isometrics from 3D model and releasing for fabrication and construction.
  • MTO takeoff activities.
  • Scheduling isometrics on weekly basis
  • Checking & Preparation of GAD.
  • Bill of Material estimation & control and keep a check on Inchdia increment.
  • Coordination with other disciplines for relevant design interfaces. Markup of master documents, followsup comments from other departments and assures inclusion of required design changes.
