How to contribute to our vision


For our Engineering Change Management (ECM) team in Technology we are looking for an ECM Process Expert who would be responsible to own the ECM process and drive process requirements within the business.


Responsibilities include:

  • Own the ECM process, and act as a focal point for the ECM Process across SGRE company
  • Lead the ECM community, collaborating with cross functional teams to identify, drive and implement new process requirements and improvements across the company
  • Define and align the roadmap of ECM improvement projects
  • Demonstrate close work relations, knowledge sharing and communication with relevant operative and governance functions (key experts).
  • Create transparency of process maturity through dashboards and reporting.
  • Create, improve and update ECM reporting on regular basis (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
  • Responsible for training material and ensure users are trained and appropriately supported
  • Active participation in the department, sparring with colleagues, ensuring information flow and flagging of issues, contributing to the team and department goals

Acquired education and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering Change Management, using Team Center/NX tools
  • Have experience in collaborating with multicultural teams across globe
  • Have experience in optimizing/improving the Engineering Change Management processes
  • You are an advanced Microsoft Office user including Excel, Word, Power point, Visio.
  • Experience with other PLM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
