Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products/services
Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers
Answer questions about products/services and pricing
Obtain customer information and maintain a database of contacts
Keep accurate records of calls and sales
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Selfmotivated and targetdriven
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
