Export Assistant - Pharma Industry

Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of Pre shipment (Custom clearance documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Export Value Declaration, Non HAZ Etc.& Post shipment Documentation AIR/SEA.
  • To handle CIF, FOB & L/C Shipments
  • To give approval of Checklist.
  • Coordination with CHA, Freight Forwarder & Shipping Agents regarding shipments.
  • Vessels and airline booking with Forwarder for Shipment.
  • Preparation of E-way Bill for Shipment.
  • Following up with Forwarder for ETD, ETA & Checking B/L & AWB Draft.
  • Maintaining shipment record in Excel Sheet/Export Register.
  • Maintaining & Updating AIR PARCEL EXCEL SHEETS.
  • Preparation of Bank Set of documents.
  • Co-ordination with the Bank and internal team for the completion of related work (like E-BRC, EDPMS etc.).
  • Checking BRC, Shipping Bill status, EGM status on ICEGATE & DGFT Site.
  • Following up with Consultant for pending Drawback & ROSL.
  • Preparation of excel sheet for MEIS License Application & submit the same to a Consultant.
  • Checking Freight Bill & informing Accounts Team to release payment & inform the same.

Job Requirements:


Must know / have handled the below:

  • Excel knowledge.
  • Preparing PO, PI, Invoice, Packing List, EVD Declaration, Non HAZ, AWB, BL,CMR
  • CIF, FOB & L/C Shipments.
  • Drawback (preferred)
  • RoDTEP (preferred)
  • GST Refund (preferred)
  • IEC Renewal (preferred)

Job Types :
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Working Days :
Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Education :
Any stream graduate with at least 1 to 3 years of Experience in Export Handling


Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of work experience is preferred and knowledge of the mentioned Work Profile is mandatory.

Immediate Joiners preferred

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
