Your role

Executes daily processes to fulfil data production and maintenance
Identifies new workforce optimisation opportunities and delivers process improvements that increases the efficiency of data production
Good understanding of the underlying data model and can support / run data quality remediation programs to resolve specific issues
Faces off to internal consumers on point to point process related queries
Provides metrics that are used by the Data Producer Service Delivery Manager to represent the service to the Data Owner and Service Owner
Identifies new opportunities for data quality improvement that are reviewed with the Data Owner
Supports / executes change activity where required and requested from the Service Manager

Ensure standard operating procedures are executed accurately
New workforce and data quality improvement ideas / execution
Timely and effective query resolution

Your team

We are looking for individuals passionate about data, to work in a fast paced environment and execute processes that create, maintain data with accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for the lifecycle of the data through all stages initial production, maintenance and ultimately removal where required. Has good awareness of automation tooling and techniques and proactively identifies and delivers optimisation opportunities that reduce the manual effort required to manage the data

Your expertise

Atleast 5+ years' experience in financial services industry
An MBA or previous experience in data domain is a plus
Experience with Digital toolsets such as Alteryx, Robotics is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to accurately execute standard operating procedures
Good understanding of the underlying data model that you are responsibility for
Understands how reference data impacts downstream functions, processes and the client
Curious mindset and experience of selfidentifying problems and automation opportunities
Ability to partner with different stakeholders and support or deliver small change initiatives
Selflearner who acquires knowledge through experience and exposure that the role provides
Takes pride in the outcome and is able to adapt to changes
