Job role:

TPA/ Health Insurance

∙Focus on claims analysis, ensure quality of claims processed and prepare data analysis reports

∙ Prepare the standard operating process of health claims.

∙ Improve quality of claims processing so as to ensure zero recoveries.

∙ Provide knowledge transfer and create content for training of new joiners.

∙ Analyse the process need (area of improvement)and provide solutions for resolutions

∙ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth processes of claims.

∙ Ensure claim processing is error free within the SLA agreed with insurers.

∙ Seek medical opinion if required to ensure smooth processing of claims.

Ability to manage team size of 5 to 10 people

∙ Support recruitment and performance appraisal of the team members.
Provide training to new members on various aspects of claims processing such as policies, terms & conditions etc. Share updates regularly with the members.
