Role & responsibilities
Invoice Processing:
- Receive and review incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Code and categorize invoices based on the appropriate accounts and cost centers.
- Obtain necessary approvals for payment.
Payment Processing:
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire transfers.
- Ensure payments are made in compliance with payment terms and agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
Expense Reimbursement:
- Manage employee expense reports, verifying receipts and compliance with company policies.
- Process and ensure timely reimbursement to employees.
Record-Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain organized and accessible records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and file tax-related documents, such as 1099 forms, when required.
Financial Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues as they arise.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on accounts payable status, including outstanding liabilities and cash flow projections.
- Assist in financial reporting and auditing processes.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles and company policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and standards.

₹20, ₹30,456.80 per month
