  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in South Indian cooking

Profile Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Cook to join our culinary team.

As a South Indian Cook, you will play a crucial role in creating authentic and delicious South Indian dishes, showcasing your expertise in traditional recipes and flavors.

If you have a deep understanding of South Indian culinary techniques and a love for creating mouthwatering dishes, we invite you to be a part of our culinary journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including but not limited to dosas, idlis, sambar, rasam, curries, and various chutneys.
  • Ensure the use of fresh and highquality ingredients to maintain the authenticity and taste of South Indian cuisine.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and restocking ingredients as needed.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Adapt and create new South Indian dishes, keeping up with culinary trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of South Indian dishes.
  • Indepth knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the kitchen team.
  • Creativity in adapting traditional recipes and developing new, innovative South Indian dishes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality standards.

Salary:

₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
