Responsibilities and Duties:

Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including elearning courses, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments.
Utilize technology tools and learning management systems to enhance instructional content delivery and learner engagement.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content in alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary revisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and developers, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role, designing and developing instructional materials.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, and learning methodologies.
Proficiency in elearning authoring tools and learning management systems (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, etc.).
Familiarity with multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to design innovative and engaging learning experiences.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality instructional materials.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
