Responsibilities:


Handle customer inquiries:
Respond to inbound customer calls promptly, addressing their queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Provide product and service information:

Familiarize yourself with company's wide range of products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and offer suitable solutions.


Order processing:
Accurately record customer details, orders, and payments, ensuring data integrity while efficiently processing orders through our system.

Manage customer accounts:
Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer profiles for future reference.


  • Upselling and cross-selling: Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Yamaha's products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

Complaint resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, empathetically, and in a timely manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.


Escalation management:
Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor to ensure prompt and effective resolution.


  • Follow-up: Initiate follow-up calls to ensure that customer concerns have been addressed adequately and document outcomes for future reference.

Maintain call center etiquette:
Adhere to call center policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude while engaging with customers.

Performance metrics:
Achieve performance targets in call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
