Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including but not limited to managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations, such as inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor information.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for operational processes, procedures, and policies.

Communication: Facilitate communication between various departments and teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives.

Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational tasks and projects efficiently.

Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and proactively implement solutions to address them, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operational activities.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency through automation, technology, or best practices.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff members on operational procedures and systems as needed.


Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
