Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
-
Menu Development: Design and implement a menu that showcases authentic Mediterranean dishes, balancing traditional flavors with innovative culinary techniques.

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring consistency and quality.

Ingredient Management: Source and select the freshest ingredients, emphasizing local and seasonal products when possible.

Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to receive feedback, accommodate special dietary needs, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef, with at least 2 years specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.

Education: Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Skills:


  • Proficient in Mediterranean cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.

Pay:
From ₹60,000.00 per month
