**Job Role:
- **Provide guidance to the customers at their residence by exploring various product & finish options after site inspection & evaluation

CCA will take of all store categories available in store

Co-ordinate and supervise the execution of painting work at the customer sites through panel of appointed contractors as per company recommended guidelines

  • Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options.
  • Daily updates of all activities on the CA app
  • Site inspection & evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions
  • Site measurement & preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner / Store in charge.
  • Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work
  • Supervision of ongoing / WIP sites for ensuring adherence to company recommended guidelines and on time work completion.
  • Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any
  • Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.
  • Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help
  • Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner / store in charge and senior officer
  • Maintaining the reports / formats as mandated by company
  • Daily updates of all activities on the CA app
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organized by company.
  • Cross selling of product categories on PT sites
  • During market scanning provide leads to other team members

Essential:


  • Graduate (Any stream) with minimum 50%
  • Age less than 25 Years.
  • Gender: Male

Salary Budget:
Up to 25 k CTC PM + Other Benefits
