JOB PROFILE:

KRA 1: Business Delivery:

Business Delivery

Problem identification and rectification in coordination with CCR, Improving Equipment reliability by quality Checks. Implementation of preventive maintenance, day today maintenance inspection activity as well to maintain good housekeeping across section. Proper coordination with Other section for smooth shift handling.
KRA 2: safety Culture

Ensure SO, WTI, NMC reporting in section, Reduction of LTIFR, Implementation of safety standard to achieve zero harm.

KRA 3: Key Systems and Process Management:

The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM systems in Kiln Section through the involvement of employees for improving plant working and quality standard.

Ensuring proper compliance to PM07 checks, why why analysis, & To ensure implementation of Operational Excellence (WCM) Road Map criteria of "Asset Management" KFA

KRA 4: Strategic Projects:

Supervise Projects and shutdown jobs as and when required.

KRA 5: Performance and Talent Management:
KRA 6: People productivity
Properly assign and supervise work for achieving maximum productivity from team

Professional Qualifications:
B. E / Diploma - Mechanical

Essential:
Sound knowledge on Maintenance of Raw mill, Kiln, Cooler, Preheater, DPC, AFR, BE, Blower, Process Fans, etc., Knowledge of SAP, implementation of safety standard Etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Engineering,Diploma

Minimum Experience Level:

8-15 Years
