Introduction:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and refilling condiments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of service.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide recommendations on menu items.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process payments and operate POS system accurately.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall restaurant goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable) and comply with all relevant alcohol service regulations.

Salary:

₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
