Job Description:


  • Monitoring of all UCMDB components
  • Perform all incident problem and Normal and Standard change management around UCMDB solution
  • Manage discovery jobs run schedule restart Probes setup reboot View management Release management
  • Debug the different issues reported by remote site users
  • Reporting local central New discovery jobs signature
  • Troubleshooting of performance related issues and suggest the improvement if needed Minor and major upgrades on UCMDB

Primary Skills:


  • Operations and Support on UCMDB infra Documentation of all procedures done
  • Work Collaborate with Vendor Support Operations using ITIL Framework
  • Coordination with Vendors on HW SW issues
  • Provide L2 support to Prod Ops Managing Ticketing Console Helix and OVO console

Secondary Skills:


  • Integration with new service plugin whenever needed to integrate with tools like ITSM Setup
  • Raise support tickets with MicroFocus whenever needed with full ownership till closure
  • Maintain all documentation and create new Knowledge base whenever needed
