Supervision and Leadership:


  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff, ensuring that they are welltrained and capable of providing highquality service.
  • Assign duties to the waitstaff and ensure that they are carried out efficiently.

Customer Service:


  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

Order Taking and Serving:


  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Oversee the serving of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are presented well.

Team Coordination:


  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as the kitchen, bar, and management, to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Control:


  • Monitor the cleanliness and setup of dining areas to ensure they meet hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages served meet quality standards.

Training and Development:


  • Provide training to new and existing staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Inventory Management:


  • Keep track of inventory related to food and beverage supplies.
  • Report any shortages or discrepancies to the management.

Sales and Upselling:


  • Encourage upselling by suggesting additional items or specials to enhance the customer's experience and increase revenue.

Problem Resolution:


  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers promptly and professionally.

Adherence to Policies:


  • Ensure that staff adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and relevant health codes.

Financial Accountability:


  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
