    Description
    3+ years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments.

    Hands on experience on multiple firewalls like Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, Cisco WSA & Check pointKnowledge in ITIL framework which includes Incident, Change, Problem management.

    Work on Incidents Day to Day basis to fulfil the customer requirements.

    Coordination with vendors for escalation Preparing & validation of Root Cause AnalysisConfigure and troubleshooting of firewall related issues Assigning severity to the Incidents logged based on the definition.

    Able to monitor the health of network and traffic flow capture using monitoring tools.
    Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues and connectivity problems.
    Hands on experience in VPN like (S2S IPSec, SSL VPN, Pulse Secure or Forti Client.
    Perform regular firewall software upgrades and patch management to maintain system stability and security.
    CCNA / CCNP/ NSE4 / PCNSE certification will be added advantage.
