Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and target potential clients/customers through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients/customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer support) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least X years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, high level of integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary:
₹20, ₹34,037.38 per month
