Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records.
Coordinate with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.


Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

Assist in the development of customer loyalty programs and initiatives.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹29,621.32 per month
