Key Responsibilities:

India Mart Page Management:Create and maintain our India Mart profile, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Regularly update product listings, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly.
Manage reviews and ratings to enhance our online reputation.

Lead Generation:Identify and engage with potential B2B clients through India Mart.

Develop strategies to generate leads and inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Analytics and Reporting:Monitor page performance, traffic, and engagement.

Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of our India Mart presence.
Use data insights to refine our strategy and improve results.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in managing India Mart pages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Knowledge of India Mart platform is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
