Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

2+ years of help desk support experience

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Effective problem-solving skills

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of IT systems and functions with preferred previous work experience in the IT field

Some knowledge of SQL

Experience with ticketing support systems

This person will be taught to understand our onehome onecare, CPR+ and Plexis systems to provide product-related IT support.
