Job Description:

1) Frequently visits customer QA agencies offices within country as and when required for coordination. Act as the primary point of contact for external QA Agencies.

2) Communicate project updates, progress, and changes to QA agencies.

3) Coordinate and align test activities between the internal and external QA terms which involves discussing and agreeing on the scope of testing, test coverage, test schedules and dependencies and constraints.

4) Address any conflicts or disagreements that may arise during the collaborations with respective agencies. Maintain a professional and respectful approach, focusing on finding solutions and common ground to ensure successful outcomes.

5) Overseeing project activities from execution to closure with QA agencies.

6) Responsible for answering both general/specific questions about the company's products/services with quick, accurate and comprehensive responses.

7) Responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback to find out how the solution worked for them. Take notes of their suggestions on what can be potentially improved. Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project planning.

8) Should regularly monitor government websites, official portals, and relevant departments for any new memos, policies, or regulatory changes.

9) Thoroughly review the memos and policies to understand their implications and relevance to the organization. This includes analyzing the potential impact on existing processes, procedures, and compliance requirements related to Quality.

10) Effectively communicate the updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization. This may involve creating summaries, presentations, or conducting training sessions to ensure everyone understands the changes and their implications.

11) Assess the organization''s current quality practices and procedures to determine if they align with the updated policies and regulatory requirements. Any gaps or areas of non-compliance should be identified and addressed promptly.

12) Ensure that the expectations of external QA agencies are well translated within the internal CFT teams.

13) Participate in meetings or discussions related to testing activities with QA Agencies.

14) Collaborate with the internal team and QA Test Lead to prioritize and resolve identified issues.

15) Build and maintain relationships with external QA Agencies.

16) Address stakeholder inquiries, requests, and issues promptly.

17) Coordinate with external QA Agencies to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

18) Provide guidance and understanding to QA Agencies on intellectual property, data privacy, or other legal matters.

19) Keep QA Agency informed about changes in laws or regulations that may affect the project.

20) Knowledge about GFR, DPP, DAP, DPM
