Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The Inbound Sales Executive will handle incoming inquiries and leads, providing information about our products

passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional

customer experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively
communicate their features and benefits to customers.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, provide product information, answer
questions, and assist with product selection.

  • Sales Guidance: Guide customers through the sales process, address concerns, and provide solutions
that meet their needs.

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to assess their suitability and readiness for purchase.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring customer
satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the Sales Manager.

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
