Summary:
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and elearning modules
- Deliver training programs to employees in a variety of formats, including inperson, virtual, and blended learning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay uptodate on the latest learning and development trends and technologies
- Ensure all tasks performed in compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in training and development for Customer Service environment catering to US customers
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles
- Experience in developing and delivering effective training materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Summary:
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Collaborate with business leaders to conduct thorough training needs analyses and create comprehensive training plans aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
- Manage and develop a team of trainers and facilitators to ensure the consistent delivery of highquality training programs
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including instructorled training, elearning modules, blended learning, and onthejob training.
- Ensure that training materials are relevant, uptodate, and tailored to meet the specific needs of learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods, such as surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest learning and development trends and technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with internal & external Stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies, and standards in all aspects of training delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of progressive experience in training and development, with a focus on customer service/upselling
- Recommended on paper experience as Training Lead or AM Training in Customer Services environment catering to US Customers/Clients
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
