Summary:


Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and elearning modules
  • Deliver training programs to employees in a variety of formats, including inperson, virtual, and blended learning
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay uptodate on the latest learning and development trends and technologies
  • Ensure all tasks performed in compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies and standards

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in training and development for Customer Service environment catering to US customers
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training materials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Summary:


Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to conduct thorough training needs analyses and create comprehensive training plans aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of trainers and facilitators to ensure the consistent delivery of highquality training programs
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including instructorled training, elearning modules, blended learning, and onthejob training.
  • Ensure that training materials are relevant, uptodate, and tailored to meet the specific needs of learners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods, such as surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest learning and development trends and technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal & external Stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies, and standards in all aspects of training delivery.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in training and development, with a focus on customer service/upselling
  • Recommended on paper experience as Training Lead or AM Training in Customer Services environment catering to US Customers/Clients
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles
, adult learning theories, and instructional design best practices.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types:

Pay:
Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
