We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences and provide relevant information
  • Generate sales leads by effectively pitching our offerings and persuading customers to purchase
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in our database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or Graduation
  • Proven experience in Customer Care Executive is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with automotive industry products and services is a plus
