    Introduction:

    At Yethi Consulting, a leading IT service and consulting firm in the BFSI sector, we are seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to enhance our sales initiatives by developing compelling solutions for our clients.

    The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in understanding customer requirements, developing customized presentations and demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in securing new business.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technological challenges.
    Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to create effective and comprehensive sales strategies.

    Design and deliver product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate the technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

    Respond to customer requests for information and proposal requests, crafting detailed and highly customized proposals.
    Serve as a technical and business expert in client discussions, providing deep insights into product capabilities and applications.

    Facilitate smooth transition of new clients to the implementation team by ensuring thorough communication of client requirements and customization details.

    Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions, competitive positioning, and industry trends to effectively align our solutions with customer needs.
    Assist in training and mentoring junior presales staff and other team members.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.4 to 6 years of experience in a presales role, preferably in the IT or software sectors, with exposure to BFSI clients.

    Strong understanding of and experience with RFP and RFQ processes, proposal writing, and proposal management.
    Proven track record in delivering effective product demonstrations and presentations.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to convey technical information in a clear and persuasive manner to stakeholders of all levels.
    Demonstrated capability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
    Readiness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
