Education:

  • Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 1 2 Years as a Telecaller
  • Minimum Experience : 6 Months to 1 Year with travel industry

Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and influence potential customers, promoting travel packages and converting leads into bookings.

Multitasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and customer requirements, ensuring a seamless booking process.

Knowledge of Travel Industry: Basic understanding of travel destinations, packages, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to the travel agency's services and promoting various travel packages.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, provide information on available packages, and tailor offerings to meet their needs.

Booking Assistance: Assist clients in the booking process, providing details on itineraries, pricing, and any additional information required.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer queries, and facilitate the completion of booking transactions.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and any relevant information in the CRM system.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.

Stay Informed: Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and product knowledge to provide customers with the latest information.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions and transactions.
