Content writing and Instructional designing

Analysing existing course material and learning outcomes from partner universities
Understand the content and suggest a learning design and method suitable to the content for the online environment
Writing well-structured and detailed lesson plans as the basis of course development
Scripting content and assessments that match the product value proposition
Ensure high quality and on-time delivery of client requirements

Learning Management System

Prepare and upgrade existing modules on the Moodle platform
Create and set assessments on the platform for every study period
Troubleshoot and support facilitators and operations team on any Moodle issues The role will report to Manager - Learning Design
.
A Masters or Bachelors in Education or English Language from leading institutions in India
Must have 3-6 years of content writing / copywriting experience for online learning
Should know authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe suite
Should have worked on Learning Management Systems like Moodle, Canvas and Blackboard, preferably Moodle
Should have strong spoken and written English language skills with high proficiency in grammar and phrasing
Should have an eye for detail and find out the learning gaps
Should have the quality to remain structured and multitask.
