CTC:
Upto 3 LPA

Responsibilities:

Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery.
Process management and sourcing.
Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process.
Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.
Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.

Requirements:

Must have full cycle recruitment experience.
1 years of manufacturing recruitment experience.
Hence of Applicant Tracking System experience.
Hence of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team.
Ability to adapt in a fastpaced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency.
