- Hardware troubleshooting of desktop
- Operating System Installation
- Software Installation
- Networking Related issue
- Hardware troubleshooting+ Linux + Windows + software installations+ Network LAN and WAN troubleshooting
- Development software (.Net Framework,installation and troubleshooting.
- Linux ( Ubuntu, Cantos ) installation and troubleshooting. ( Mandatory )
- Various software installations on Linux platform.
- Network LAN and WAN troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Virtualization
- Antivirus Management
- Knowledge of hardware and software inventory maintenance
- Good Knowledge Patch management
- Knowledge following ITIL Process
- Knowledge server monitoring Tools
- Knowledge Fstab,fdisk,Runlevels and Targets, Vi & Nano editors
- Good Attitude, calm personality, decent communication
Educational Requirements:
- Technical Degree (Graduation) + Hardware
- Networking Certification/ Training
