Job description

As a Sales Executive, you will be working with key stakeholders on generating sales leads, discovering & pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating & closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project completion.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirement and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on proposed service solutions
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Education in any professional marketing field or equivalent amount of experience
  • Minimum 13 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Sales CRM tools
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Solid technical background with understanding or handson experience in IT consulting

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Consultations
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing techniques and process
  • Worked on automation, building process & systems at work
  • Handson experience with modern digital tools

Job Types:

From ₹25,000.00 per month
