Position description:


Maintaining and publishing reports for management.

  • The resource is responsible for ensuring the daily / weekly/ monthly reports are published to management.
  • Produce analysis and various subsets to drive the efficacy and efficiency of the channel.
  • Be able to produce the data when required for management presentation.
  • Create masters at product / region / role levels for data analysis.
  • To able to support with trends for review and channel strategy.

Support regional teams on reports and data collation.

  • Be able to facilitate front end with data to drive the daily / weekly & monthly productivity.
  • Publish trends and analysis driving team to improve resource productivity.
  • Be able to consolidate and publish data from regions.
  • Co ordinate for the channels on various business requirements.

Maintaining historic data and trends.

  • Be able to maintain data and documents for the channel.
  • Maintain reports & spreadsheets of historic data.
  • Maintain and publish Dashboards.

Productivity Management

  • Incumbent is responsible and be able to meet the business expectation on timelines.
  • The incumbent should be able to complete the activities assigned.

Query and Complaint Management

  • Incumbent should be able to understand the query raised, analyze and be able to provide a suitable justification.
  • Incumbent to front end and ensure complaints if any are resolved within TAT and satisfactory resolution.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • The objective of the role of sales coordinator is to provide support on various functions of the channel management.
  • To support and provide data on human resource management, management reporting on business achievements, productivity.
  • Develop and publish reports on process controls, exceptions, to improve on the business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The incumbent is responsible query management and complaint resolution.
  • The role demands high quality of communication skills, performance & business understanding by the incumbent.
