- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and instore displays.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Material inward at Gate
- Coordinate with QC and Other Department for receipt of Material
- Material Issuance to Departments as per requirement
- Maintain Optimum Stock of Material and Inventory
- Fill necessary reports
- Coordinate with Purchase Department for Fresh Purchase
- Material Storage Management & Warehousing
- Maintaining reports & Reporting as required
Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
