Job roles and responsibilities:

_

  • Making arrangements for guest's entry process, assisting them in reaching the office location, greeting guests/clients and visitors whenever they visit the office, directing to them to respective meeting rooms and informing the concerned stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the meeting room is available & ready for the meetings all the time.
  • Buying and serving refreshments/food for management/staff and visitors as per the requirements.
  • Sending & receiving couriers or parcels, maintaining the records and follow up.
  • Assisting in office day to day operations based on the requirements like delivering files & documents, following with online orders, to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
  • Carry out day to day operations and coordinate with vendors in admin related tasks.
  • General office tasks such as bills & vouchers scanning, printing documents.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.


  • Location

  • Preferably in and around Rajajinagar/Malleswaram
  • Must be willing to work in flexible timing.
  • 2wheeler license is mandatory

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
