Job Description for B2B Sales Representative- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Makes outgoing client calls or cold calls to promote products to build client database.
- Maintains working knowledge of products and is updated about industry developments by reading news, articles etc.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain records of calls and generate daily reporting.
- Calling potential clients to set up and schedule meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Should have fair idea about online selling portal.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a tele sales executive.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month + Incentive
