Job Description for B2B Sales Representative

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Makes outgoing client calls or cold calls to promote products to build client database.
  • Maintains working knowledge of products and is updated about industry developments by reading news, articles etc.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain records of calls and generate daily reporting.
  • Calling potential clients to set up and schedule meetings.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Should have fair idea about online selling portal.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a tele sales executive.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month + Incentive
