Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee daytoday manufacturing activities in the injectable formulation unit.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including quality control, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, production reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Train and develop manufacturing staff on proper manufacturing techniques, safety protocols, and GMP guidelines.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and equipment.

Requirements:


  • A Pharmacy or Science graduate qualification is required.
  • One to five years of experience in handling manufacturing activities in an injectable formulation unit is necessary.
  • Experience in an IV manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of SOPs, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production targets.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software systems and tools is a plus.

Salary:
₹350, ₹800,000.00 per year
