Position - Receptionist

Location - Nagpur

Job Type - Onsite

Education - Any Graduate

Experience - At least 1 Year

Salary - Greater than 8k per month

Notice Period - Immediate to maximum 15 days joiner


Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome visitors to the corporate house in a friendly and professional manner, address their query, follow proper guidelines and direct them accordingly
  • Answer and manage phone calls; either resolve the issue or take a message or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails/calls/records etc.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for senior management and interviews/class schedules for students.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system and electronic database on crm and platform provided as per the company guidelines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Provide first preference to work by submitting/completing the allotted tasks quickly and accurately.

Requirements:


  • Minimum bachelors degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to multitask with precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience to resolve any issue with logic and calm attitude.

From ₹8,000.00 per month
