Responsibilities and Duties
Rubber to metal Bonding experience.
- Supervise production team to meet targets during the shift
- Coordinate production schedules & resources
- Follow standard procedures and quality standards
- Train and manage new staff effectively
- Troubleshoot issues and arrange equipment repairs
- Manage optimum inventory levels for uninterrupted production
- Ensure safety compliance and promote safe environment
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth production and delivery
- Improve processes and reduce waste
- Maintain 5S standards in all areas of responsibility
required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
DME, B.E. 1-2 year experience in Rubber company
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
