Job Overview:

Rajasthali Law Institute is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic academic counselor to join our team.

As an academic counselor at our institute, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their academic journey in the field of law.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and guidance to students, helping them navigate their academic and career pathways with confidence and clarity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct individualized academic counseling sessions with students, addressing their specific academic needs, goals, and aspirations in the field of law.
  • Collaborate with students to develop personalized academic plans tailored to their interests, strengths, and career objectives within the legal profession.
  • Offer expert guidance on course selection, specialization options, and extracurricular activities relevant to their legal education and career aspirations.
  • Assist students in overcoming academic challenges such as time management, study skills, and exam preparation strategies, fostering their success in legal studies.
  • Liaise with faculty members and administrative staff to advocate for students' academic needs and ensure a supportive learning environment within the institute.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in legal education, curriculum updates, and career opportunities in the legal field to provide accurate and timely information to students.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive student information and situations, respecting the privacy and dignity of each student.
  • Monitor students' academic progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement, conducting regular followup sessions to assess their performance and address any concerns.
  • Refer students to relevant resources and support services within the institute or external organizations, such as legal clinics, internship opportunities, or career development workshops.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance counseling skills, stay updated on trends in legal education, and promote cultural competence within the institute.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 2 Years Experience:


  • Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student services, preferably within the field of legal education.

Pay:
₹15, ₹33,473.23 per month

  • Day shift
