Description

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate and timely solutions

Escalate complex issues to senior team members as required

Meet set targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Continuously develop product knowledge and soft skills through training and coaching


Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Punjabi with excellent communication skills

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an International Voice process

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Graduates in any discipline

We welcome applicants from all over India, but please note that the work location will be Mumbai.

If you are willing to relocate and meet the above requirements, you will be eligible for a joining bonus of INR 50,000.


Salary:
₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
