Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Able to engage and build long term relationships with prospects, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Responsible to manage & convert leads.
- Providing indepth information to prospective learner.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated realtime on CRM software
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
Requirements:
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Knowing admission process of UK / USA/ France/ Germany/ European countries will be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
