JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Driving the financial planning of the company
Plan and execute risk management responsibilities
Analyze and oversee the organization's liabilities and investments
Develop, implement, and supervise investment strategies considering cash and liquidity risks
Supervise fundraising initiatives and capital structure
Oversight and supervision of statutory compliances, financial computations, loans, and interest transactions

Supervise income tax matters including scrutiny
Manage Provident Fund Trust and gratuity finalization
Establish Finance KPIs
Collaborate with Internal and Statutory auditors
Oversight of insurance-related affairs
Monitor and ensure sustainable cash flow
Lead finance team including controllers, advisors, consultants, and treasurers

Manage and nurture relationships with vendors and stakeholders
Generate current reports
Develop and present forecasting reports
Compliance with laws and company policies
Establish and manage the company's finance IT system
Oversight of Finance, Accounts, Taxation & Compliance Team
Financial Reporting in compliance with laws

MANDATORY

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
Minimum 12 years post-CA experience

Age limit: 50 years
