CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement CRM strategies and initiatives.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor customer interactions across various channels and provide timely support.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role, preferably in the retail or ecommerce sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

₹8, ₹22,000.00 per month
