CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement CRM strategies and initiatives.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor customer interactions across various channels and provide timely support.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role, preferably in the retail or ecommerce sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹22,000.00 per month
