Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO's.
  • Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R
  • Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, in a Windows 2012 landscape.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Forefront Identity Management, Microsoft Exchange, Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) are preferable.
  • Must have deep and thorough understanding of monitoring best practices, preferably with Microsoft System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) understanding and experience.

Must-Have Skills:


  • Designing a directory services infrastructure that meets the organization's needs and implementing it on a D2D basis
  • Designing and implementing security policies that conform to industry best practices and align with organizational risk management objectives
  • Creating, configuring, and administering Active Directory domains and forests, as well as adding new users to existing domains or forests
  • Manage and maintain the Windows Active directory services and tools.
  • Ability to Plan and Execute migration and upgradation projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to AD and work with other IT professionals to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing AD.
  • Onprem to Cloud migration using ADFS and other cloud tools.
  • Monitor the performance of AD and make recommendations for improvements.

Good-to-Have Skills:


  • Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
  • Perform daily tasks such as user account management, group policy administration(GPO), and network security management.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Manage user authentication and access control to network resources.
  • Good handson experience on business continuity planning and disaster recovery practices related to AD
  • Responsible for SLA compliance & Availability of Services
  • ITIL v3 Certification.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis.
  • Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented.
  • On call schedule and weekend change schedule participation
  • Must have had prior handson experience in at least 3 of infrastructure areas
  • Wintel /Virtualization (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V etc.)
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders.
Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies.
