MBA Marketing Intern - Data AnalystKey Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Organization:
Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and market research reports.
Marketing Campaign Analysis:
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.Customer Segmentation:
Conduct segmentation analysis based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic factors to identify target customer segments. Develop customer profiles and personas to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Market Research:
Assist in conducting market research studies, including competitor analysis, customer surveys, and industry benchmarking. Summarize findings and contribute to marketing strategy development.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing data analysis results, key insights, and recommendations. Present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to gather data requirements, share insights, and align strategies.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and tools in data analysis and marketing analytics. Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a focus on marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and work.
- Understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, selfmotivated, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing analytics, market research, or datadriven decisionmaking is preferred but not required.
