Dental Biller
**Working Hour:
- 07:00 PM to 04:00 PM ( Night Shift )****Working Days:
- 5 days(Monday to Friday)**
Location: Makarba, SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 38001 - Calling Insurance Companies for Eligibility Verification and Benefit Verification.
- Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies to ensure maximum entitled reimbursement.
- Ensure all claims are submitted with a goal of zero errors.
- Verifies completeness and accuracy of all claims prior to submission.
- Timely follow up on insurance claim denials, exceptions or exclusions.
- Make necessary arrangements for medical records requests, completion of additional information requests, etc. as requested by insurance companies.
- Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients and providers.

Open Dental and Dentrix Ascend Software and
Eaglesoft Software
- Also worked on
Payment Posting in Dental. - Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform to company standards of compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work courteously and respectfully with fellow employees, clients and patients.
