Role and Responsibilities:
The B2B Sales Executive at Optimhire will be responsible for selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients. This includes assessing their business requirements, achieving sales targets, and growing business from existing clients. The Sales Executive will prospect relentlessly, build strong relationships with prospects, and be proactive in problem-solving. They will also be an evangelist for Optimhire's ecosystem of products and services.
- 38 years of work experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS
- Experience with Sales involved with long TAT
- Good command of communication
- Closure experience, especially with highticket size clients
