Job Responsibilites
Provide customer support and and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Resolve issues and keep the reporting manager updated
Initiate follow up with the clients
Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Education & Experience Requirement
- Any Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Products.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
