Skill set:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and relationshipbuilding.
Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
Targetoriented mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of the builder industry, construction processes, and the builder's portfolio
